The spot was spot-on, right next to the metro, Central Park, and Broadway. The room was quiet, modern, and the bed was comfy. It had a microwave, mini‑fridge, and coffee maker, and the service was fine. Nothing else to complain about.

Location, room, view, and clean! Our room was on the 32nd floor and helped to stay quiet from nosy NYC vibe. Very busy elevator and it takes time for waiting for

Good location. You can see staffs everywhere, but no one is working. Lack management and training. Bad room service. We stayed 3nights and 4 days. Even we requested room service through front desk , but no one was doing. Tush was full, no one was coming to check or clean. It’s very unprofessional
