The location is great, but the hotel should make it clearer that breakfast isn’t included at the time of booking. We booked assuming breakfast would be available, as that’s standard for most hotels, so a clearer notice would help. Thanks.

The accommodation was excellent—clean, organized, and comfortable, and the staff were great. The only downside was that the breakfast price for guests was too high.

It was my first time staying in a hotel and it was fantastic; a solid choice when in Natal near the beach. The place has a good location, comfortable rooms, exceptional staff, and a wonderful pool. I didn’t find anything I disliked.

The location and parking were convenient, but the bathroom sink was clogged, the room’s structure felt old, and the hair dryer didn’t work.
