The room was very nice and spacious, just 1‑2 m from the train station and about 5‑10 m from Florence’s center, perfect for those who want to walk. The breakfast was good but could have offered more variety. It’s a bit different from a typical hotel, more like a building, and at night the neighbors sometimes made a bit of noise; it didn’t stop me from sleeping, but it still bothered me for minutes, especially when the child needed to rest.

Clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great for us. The only downside was that there was no wardrobe.

Lovely apartment with breakfast. The host is very helpful. The breakfast is not a cooked breakfast, but you are provided with a variety of foods, including meat spread, cheese, croissants, bread, jam, Nutella, yoghurt, fruit, fizzy drinks, biscuits, and more. The flat is brand new and very clean. It is located right next to the station, yet on a quiet road. Highly recommended. All good
