A top choice for a short, upscale vacation, with all staff courteous and welcoming. I especially thank the evening valet, Abdulrashid/Abdulmanam, a Pakistani national, for his friendly and helpful service.

The hotel is a fancy building with a beautiful layout, and the stay was very enjoyable. My room was far from the entrance but had a nice view. The spa is very expensive, and the lobby doubles as the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee area—there’s no separate space for each meal.

We had a wonderful family stay at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay with our two young children, aged 3 and 4. The hotel is beautiful, but what truly made our stay memorable was the people. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and wonderful with our children. A very special mention must go to Abigail at the restaurant, who was truly exceptional. Her service went far beyond professionalism — it was personal, warm, and sincere. She was incredibly attentive to our children and every member of our family, always with a genuine smile and an amazing positive energy that became part of how we started our mornings. People like Abigail are a real asset to a hotel. She represents the kind of hospitality that makes guests remember not only the property, but how they felt while staying there. Four Seasons is very fortunate to have her. I would also like to sincerely thank Ahmed and Atu for their kindness, friendliness, and excellent service. They contributed greatly to making our family feel comfortable and welcome. The children’s pool and water slides were another highlight. They are extremely enjoyable, very clean, and perfectly suited for young children. Our kids absolutely loved them. My only real criticism is the 6:00 PM closing time for the children’s pool and slides, which feels far too early, particularly during the summer when the weather becomes much more pleasant later in the evening. For a family resort experience, I strongly believe these facilities should remain open until at least 10:00 PM during the summer months. This would make a significant difference for families with children. Overall, a memorable family stay with outstanding hospitality. The facilities are excellent, but the exceptional staff — especially Abigail — are what made our experience truly special. We would happily return. The early closure of swimming pools
