“Pleasant environment with good staff”
The spot was close to restaurants and transport, though the water was hot. The shower and bathroom were small, and the shower head leaked, spraying water in several directions.

The place is well situated. It’s best suited for skinny people.

The room is about a 5‑minute walk from Roma Termini station. It’s spacious, the bed is comfortable, the internet is good, and there’s a safe and a fridge. Two bottles of water were provided. The place is clean, has an elevator, though it’s narrow and the steps have been cut in, giving it a cozy feel. There are many cafés around, so overall I recommend it. The shower cabin is small, the ceiling shower head is inconveniently placed and sends a cold splash at first, and the hair dryer is worn out and feels like it’s falling apart.

I didn’t like the location. The elevator felt like a coffin. The mattress was like a rock. The room was small and the bathroom was old.

The proximity to Termini was great.
