The room itself was fine, but the pillows were rock‑hard, making it hard to get comfortable at night. I wish they’d offered a softer option or at least a couple of extra pillows.

Staff were quick to respond and genuinely friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the shower enclosure leaked, letting water flood the bathroom floor and soak the room. When I called the front desk they sent a mop and dry towels right away, which helped a lot.

Breakfast was served fast, so we could get on with our day without waiting around. The downside was the lack of power sockets near the bed, making it a hassle to charge phones, and the ceiling lights never seemed to turn off completely.

Room was clean, food decent, shower great. Mattress and pillows had a rough cover that made sleeping uncomfortable.
