The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the place felt a little dingy.

Nothing was good, and everything was bad.

My road dog and I needed a safe, inexpensive spot to cool off since the AC in my car stopped working, and this place was perfect. The building needs work and the construction was a nightmare, yet I felt safer at Harmony, traveling alone, than at any luxury‑style hotel. We do this trip 3–4 times a year and will definitely come back. The only drawback was that I could only stay a few hours.

It was pretty cheap for the week my husband and I had to stay in Beaumont. The room had water roaches, not a big issue since we carry bug spray from experience living out of hotels, and the room had no remote
