The location was exceptional, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff very friendly, and breakfast good; the interior design, especially the lobby, could use a touch more sophistication, and a comfy armchair in the rooms would be nice—currently there were only a pair of plastic chairs.

The location was excellent—just a minute’s walk to Marienplatz and two minutes to both U and S‑Bahn—and the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, with a good breakfast and very friendly staff. The room and bathroom were quite small, but everything needed was there and it was sufficient for a short stay.

Breakfast was great, the location fantastic, and the beds good. It was hard to find a place to work outside the room.

The breakfast ranks as the best in Europe, and we travel a lot. The pillows were a problem – plastic covers that made me sweat, and the pillowcase didn't stay on the pillow.
