The day after I checked in, a desk receptionist greeted me by name, which was phenomenal service. I have no complaints.

Nothing. Poor service: housekeeping started cleaning at 8 am even though we hadn’t checked out, and when I told the front desk she said, “I told her she could.” Whenever we left our room the key cards wouldn’t work and we were locked out; the front desk treated me like I didn’t know how to use a key card even though they had the same problem. I wouldn’t return or recommend it because of the poor customer service. We ended up checking out a day early and booked another room elsewhere.
