“Staying between coconut trees just outside of sigiriya centre. Very quiet and lovely host”
Hiruni, the host, was wonderful and an excellent chef—best rice and curry! She arranged a highly recommended cooking class at a friend’s house, which was the best experience ever. Her father also served as our tuk‑tuk driver—very kind family! They even took us to a local Buddhist celebration. Thank you so much! The stay was in a certain height among coconut trees with nice brews at Lion Rock—really nice. If you do maintenance, especially in the bathroom, you could charge a higher price; foreigners value a well‑done bathroom and would pay for it.
