We had a reservation for three people, but the hotel called us at 6 pm to confirm arrival and said they'd set up two rooms. I was on my way, expecting to get there at 9:30 pm, but at 9 pm another staff member called and said they'd cancelled our booking because there were no beds. We couldn't find any other place at the destination because it was fully booked.
