The villas were beautiful, the large pool was great, the equipment was fine, the décor was nice, and the breakfast was hearty and good. However, the housekeeping was not done properly, the dishwasher was full, there were cups in the garden, the windows were not clean, breakfast was served late, and there weren’t many dining options. Given the price, we expected better service and cleanliness.

You need a car to get there, but the experience is different from a luxury resort; it’s an atmospheric place. The breakfast was very good, the overall experience was nice, and the team was kind and helpful. I only wish there were curtains and duvets.

Everything was considered down to the finest detail—from pool slippers, bathrobes, coffee machines, to wine glasses. The house was spotless. The bathroom had single‑use toothbrushes, deodorant, and other hygienic items set up for us. The house we stayed in was stylishly designed, and we loved the infinity pool. Our breakfast was delivered to our room as a local spread. The dinner dishes we selected from the menu were high quality and very tasty. Everything was perfect.

The staff were very kind and always ready to help; the villas matched the photos, were beautiful and clean, and the view of the city and mountains was amazing, making the woods feel peaceful; the pool and villa were warm and cozy; we loved the stay and would 100% recommend it, hoping to return again!
