“Good but not quiet area”

The building is clean, modern, and high‑rised. There is a lot of street noise from the road, trains passing by, and nocturnal broadcasting over loudspeakers from a local mosque, which was pretty noisy even though I was on the 25th floor.

The value for money is excellent and the staff were awesome. No negatives.

“Unless you don't like sleep”

The noise level is terrible because the location is next to a crowded highway, a train track where the train honks its horn every 30 minutes until late at night, and a hospital where ambulance sirens can be heard all night long. It’s nowhere near 4 stars, the rooms are outdated, and the air‑conditioners are badly maintained.

“Not as clean as you expect”

The hotel does meet a 4‑star standard, though I can’t see why it earned that rating. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and modern, and the reception staff were helpful. However, the overall cleanliness was lacking; the beds had stains despite a fresh scent, and the bedroom walls were also stained, showing they hadn’t been cleaned properly. Breakfast was decent, but the soy sauce dish was infested with ants and we even spotted a baby cockroach on the counter.

Lokasinya sangat strategis di pusat kota surabaya. agak susah untuk menuju ke hotel karena macet
