“Noy just an overnight stay, a great experience too.”

I found this boat a great alternative to city hotels or apartments, giving us plenty of space and privacy with everything we needed. The cabin was comfy and well equipped, and we loved just hanging out on the deck. Getting to the city centre was easy, a 10‑minute walk or a 15‑minute metro ride. Supermarket, restaurants, and a bar were all within a short stroll. The owner/host communicated excellently and made our stay smooth. Thanks 😊

“Geen aanrader”

We had wanted to sleep on a boat, and this was it… but in our opinion it was totally unclean. The underwear was still in the closet, cooking was practically impossible on a portable electric stove, and you could only shower sitting on a stool. In fact, all the cutlery was really dirty, glasses were greasy, and there was thick dust everywhere. We strongly felt no cleaning had been done before we arrived, and we even found hair in our bed. It wasn’t really suitable for four adults. The shower only worked on a stool, and the curtain rod was once glued but now hangs loose. The rooms were dust‑heavy, which was truly unpleasant. The owner refunded €100, but it was still far too expensive for what it was, leaving us hugely disappointed and feeling we wasted €500.

“We wouldn't stay at this place again, kneeling to have a shower is a bit hard for a 82 year old.”

The food was okay, especially the drinks that were provided. Our issue was that we’re both tall men; the boat wasn’t tall enough for us to move around comfortably.

The place was unusual, quiet, and the environment was nice. Comfort was average, which is normal. We adapted well, but it takes a bit of being grounded.
