Not much to say. We do not recommend it. Among the nine hotels on our trip from Milan to Verona via the five lakes and Bergamo, it is by far the worst. The staff spoke neither English, Spanish, nor Italian, and the restaurant was like a mediocre canteen.

Close to the center, a pool, a balcony room, and breakfast were all good. The only issue was that at the pool table we were ignored for an order, even though we sat down and waited 15 minutes; we always had to go to the bar instead, which isn’t terrible but would have been better service and could have increased our consumption.

The location was lovely and the pool was a great size, though overall it was just okay.

The swimming pool was beautiful and the solarium was great, even though we didn’t give ourselves enough time to enjoy it every day.

Breakfast was very good, though there was never salmon available; the cold cuts could have been more varied. The shower had too much limescale on the fixtures.
