The dining room was airy, the furniture in the rooms was elegant, and the room space was beautiful; the view was visually pleasing and the hotel lobby was lovely with privacy. Parking was available on several floors and cleanliness was excellent. However, there were no directional signs to guide guests to the room's storage areas, and the passenger elevators were confusing. The reception staff avoided the elevators, and the special fruit elevators needed to be changed because their handles are unsafe for people with disabilities or short stature who cannot open the fruit containers.
