The staff here were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help me. The breakfast was a highlight, with a decent selection of options. However, the rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade - some of the furniture was broken, and the ventilator in the toilet made a weird noise. To top it off, the bathroom looked like it was due for a renovation.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel, it's really comfortable and clean, and the staff at the front desk are super friendly. The only downside is that there's no elevator, but apart from that everything was fine. The location is great and the room was spotless, which made up for the lack of a lift. Overall, it's a solid choice for a stay.

I was relieved to have a place to sleep, but that's about where the positives end. I booked a room for four people with two beds, but what I got was a single bed in a tiny space. It felt like I'd paid for a bigger room and got a smaller one instead. The room was a mess, with dirt on the floor and no sign of a recent vacuuming.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The room itself was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but it was still clean and comfortable. On the plus side, the breakfast spread was amazing and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room size was a bit of a letdown.
