The kitchen was fantastic, the service superb, and the facilities simply outstanding. I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Overall, the stay was very comfortable with a wide variety of fresh, tasty food. There were plenty of activities for all ages, and I especially appreciated Katarina’s recommendation to try the à la carte restaurant, which left a lasting impression on my child.

We enjoyed a great family break. I requested a quiet room and adjacent rooms, and the hotel honored that, which we really appreciated. This was our second visit, and the property was formerly known as Alva Donna. The rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and while the restaurant service was good, the tables were not always spotless.

The coffee at the café was tasty, and the updated spa offered good sauna, hammam, steam bath, snow generator, and pool. In March, the slides were operating. The restaurant Panorama’s waitstaff were attentive and smiling; on 8 March, the ladies received a card and a rose. Rooms had refrigerators that were restocked daily. The surrounding area was under renovation, with new plants being planted, and the summer looks promising. The animators were good and made an effort. Evening on the property was beautiful, all lit up, and the pianist’s performance was delightful. The pool was cold, even though they claimed it was 27 °C, and no one believed it. The cats were poor and hungry, the first hotel where such treatment of animals occurred; they stole food from each other. Waiters by the pool started to approach after complaints, as they had ignored guests for a week. The food was bland and lacked flair. There was little greenery on the premises, no place to stroll, but many tables everywhere, statues, fountains. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were available but had to be requested. Nights were very dull for non-drinkers, understandable for off‑season. Still, it’s an exclusive place… The bouquet ordered through the guest relations for 8 March sat for two days because it was made from broken, old flowers, which was very disappointing. Overall, a good stay at a typical 5‑star hotel. We’re heading to our favorite Turkey for sunshine, warmth, and a lovely sea, and this was plenty! Thank you, Turkey!

We appreciated the personal touch and the spacious area at the hotel. The beach for guests over 16 was as expected during the first week, but families with small children arrived later, turning the peaceful vacation into a noisy disturbance. Having stayed here four times, we found the food better when all venues offered buffet; now many have switched to à la carte, which we didn’t enjoy. However, the evening buffet was still excellent! Dobedan remains one of our favorite vacation spots in Belek.
