The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help, and the location is excellent—easily reachable from major spots. The only downside was the steep flight of stairs leading up to the accommodations.

Everything was fantastic! The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The hostel itself was immaculate, with a great kitchen and lounge. My bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in Mongolia, and the shower was hot while the room stayed nicely warm. The spot is ideal, right in the center yet surprisingly quiet.

The place is 10–15 minutes on foot from Sufba Tower Square and just a few minutes from Nomin Department, which is great! The staff were helpful and arranged an extra‑paid airport shuttle that was reliable. The shower water was hot enough. The only issue was that the location was hard to find; I would have gotten lost at night without the driver guiding me for the night shuttle.
