The location is great, especially for getting to the university. The place is very spacious, bright, and warm. The owner was very helpful and friendly, though I would suggest adding more items to the kitchen and tightening up the cleaning a bit.

The spot was great, but the kitchen lacked utensils and the bathtub was broken and unusable.

The rooms were spacious, but it was awful in summer because there was no air conditioning and only small fans; the apartment had no kitchen, and the price was too high for what was offered.

The place was perfectly clean, spacious, and in an excellent location.

The house was cool despite no AC, big, bright, and well‑furnished, and the spot was convenient for the university area; a fan wasn’t working, but after reporting it they quickly sent a replacement. Check‑in was simple with codes. The downside was that out of two bathrooms, one shower was out of service, and the 7 am check‑out time felt a bit stretched; they should have left extra toilet paper rolls and at least one hand soap in the bathroom.
