The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was too low and too small for two adults, and although the hotel says they allow pets, they actually seemed to dislike them and tried to ignore the barking and the presence of the animals, both to other guests and to the staff. My two small pets, each 1.800 kg, stayed with us all day and only came back at night to sleep. Still, they complained. I decided to leave the hotel two days early and still hope to get a refund for the two days I didn't use.
We enjoyed our short stay and loved having a washer and dryer. After days of walking the Camino, our clothes needed more than hand washing! The only drawback was that the AC wasn't working. The place was very clean.
The exit door required a lot of force to close, which made some noise.
The room was very spacious and quiet. The TV is a Smart TV and parking on the street is great. The common facilities are excellent. The sheets had stains. It was quite far from the city centre.
We couldn't check in because we never received the check‑in code. We called and emailed the host but got no response, so the booking never completed. Please ask the host to refund the rent.
