The room I checked into had no shades, so I asked for a different room with shades; for the same price as the double I booked, I was downgraded to a queen room, which was disappointing and offered no discount.

They’re amazing, and I didn’t even know they had a cooking area until I saw it; I really enjoyed my stay, but the bed was bad enough to hurt our backs, so I had to ask for extra pillows to support our backs while sleeping—something could definitely be improved.

Close to the civic center and the staff were friendly, but the conditioner in my room didn’t work, there was no backup, and I could hear loud neighbors through the connecting door at midnight.

I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location and ample parking options, but unfortunately, they didn't offer any breakfast or newspaper services during my stay.
