I chose the hotel for its location, but that was a mistake; the service quality was awful and the staff seemed to ignore customers entirely, making me question how they even keep the business running.

I'm still trying to process the whole experience at the Kingdom hotel. The photos I've attached will give you an idea of the state of the room - the shower head was broken, the bathroom mirror was a hazard, and the fridge was a disaster waiting to happen. Every time I tried to open it, a bottle of Coke would fall out and smash. To make matters worse, the room wasn't even cleaned on my return, so I had to ask for it to be done.

This hotel was a real gem, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The staff were always helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The only tiny issue was that we had to ask for extra towels every day, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall it was a great place to stay.

At night 12 o'clock lots of disturbance and air is not passed into room so need a c in December month very afraid. Air passing room .pls avoid disturbance at night. Too much expensive according to facility
