I was really impressed with the room's design - it was stylish and had a great layout. The only letdown was the bath towels, which were pretty subpar. Unfortunately, the receptionist wasn't much help when I had a question, which was a bit of a disappointment. Still, the room itself made up for the other issues.

The hotel's proximity to an SBI bank ATM corner was a definite plus, but unfortunately, the cramped quarters and lack of basic toiletries like toothpaste made for a less-than-ideal stay. The housekeeper-turned-receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, and it seemed like a hassle to get any assistance or information. You'd have to call the owner to relay messages, which was inconvenient. Still, the location was a big draw, so it was worth putting up with some of the issues.

Bon emplacement vis à vis du temple et des commerces. Immeuble moderne, chambre agréable. Il n'y a pas de réception, il faut téléphoner pour que quelqu'un vienne. La communication est difficile. Pas de petit déjeuner et pas facile d'en trouver alentours, tout comme un restaurant le soir. Mauvais rapport qualité prix

I've got to say, the room was seriously comfortable and spotless, which made up for a few minor issues. The real standout was Muthukumaran at the front desk - he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the hotel's parking situation is a bit of a squeeze, with not enough spaces for guests. Overall, though, the pros definitely outweighed the cons.

The hotel's lack of a breakfast service wasn't a major issue for me, but it was a bit of a surprise given the price I paid. On the other hand, I was expecting a bit more warmth from the staff - they seemed friendly enough, but I didn't feel like they went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
