“A frustrating stay, poor communication, lacking room security, and multiple maintenance oversights”
The room was roomy and seemed clean when we arrived, and the spot was convenient for our road trip; when we called about missing batteries, the staff sent them promptly. However, neither the AC nor TV remote had batteries, and the TV remote that was provided was the wrong brand (an ONN remote for an RCA TV). After reporting the issue at 7:15 PM and being told it would be fixed, we waited until 9:40 PM; only after I followed up were we told the staff were short‑staffed and offered a late room change that wasn’t realistic for bedtime. Additionally, the water pressure was weak, the free Wi‑Fi was poor without a paid upgrade, the toilet paper holder was broken, and neither the main entry door nor the connecting adjoining door had a secondary security latch or chain.
