The price was the reason for the booking. I was going to stay just a short time, a room to sleep after a very long drive. I guess you get what you pay for. The room was not clean; the carpet was clearly not vacuumed, and there was a toothbrush left by a previous guest on the floor. A loud party next door kept my wife, my children, and me awake until about 4 am. The occupants kept going in and out of their room, slamming the door, hanging out outside our window while yelling loudly and running up and down the stairs. I called the front desk twice to complain, but nothing was done. The only thing that finally let us sleep was that I had enough patience and said something to the occupants. We had to get some rest before attending a funeral the next day.
