The staff were friendly and the AC worked well, and the washroom was fine. However, the facilities were lacking: no water was provided, the bed had ticks, the mattress was uncomfortable, the TV didn’t work at the start, and the wifi kept disconnecting every now and then.

The price was low, but the electricity went out for 5 to 6 hours.

I was really disappointed with this hotel - it's stuck in a super congested area, and it's a nightmare to get in and out of, even with a bike. The rooms are ridiculously small and uncomfortable, and there's no parking to speak of. I'm shocked that a hotel like this is allowed to operate without any real space or basic facilities.
