“In all the stay was comfortable and fine. I think the staff need to be better trained.”

We usually appreciate the cleanliness at Spark hotels, but the staff here weren’t as attentive as we’re used to at other Spark properties. They didn’t replenish or know where certain items were that needed restocking, and there were several occasions when no one was at the front desk when we needed restocking or extra towels.

“A place to stay along the way.”

The room was clean and bright, everything worked well, and the breakfast was nice. The only issue was a lack of sound insulation at the bottom of the door to the next room, so our neighbor’s noise was pretty loud.

“Over priced for what you get.”

The bed was decent and the shower water heated up nicely, and the front desk person who checked me in was friendly. However, the room was tiny, the walls were paper‑thin, there were black flecks in the water, too few towels, and no conditioner. Breakfast offered almost no protein, and both the orange juice and apple juice were so watered down that they tasted bad.
