The café and electric car charger were great; the parking fee was a drawback.

The experience was very top; the colonial café had a wide variety, the staff were very polite, and the facilities were great.

Sempre me hospedo neste hotel e adoro a experiência! O chuveiro tem água quente e excelente pressão, o café da manhã é impecável e a limpeza é excepcional. Tudo contribui para uma estadia confortável e agradável. Recomendo muito! 😻💐🙏🏻

I stayed in a decent apartment that was well organized and the breakfast was quite good, but when I arrived the access to the center of Gramado‑Capital was problematic—there was no handrail, making it risky to enter the hotel because the path was simple; that should be reviewed. The parking fee was 10 % higher than the hotel charged, which seemed absurd since no service was provided and the parking was not covered.
