A nice spot just behind the city centre, surrounded by a pleasant vibe and a lively local crowd. I got a call from the hotel the day before I was supposed to arrive, saying the room I’d booked and confirmed through the online app didn’t show up in their system and that nothing was available for my stay. That was a real let‑down and added needless anxiety right before I got there. When they learned I was traveling solo, they finally managed to squeeze me into a single room. I’m glad they did, but the whole mix‑up felt poorly handled. For a place with such a solid reputation, I expected smoother coordination between the booking site and the hotel. Guests shouldn’t have to deal with last‑minute confusion after a confirmed reservation. I hope the hotel fixes this moving forward.

“unsatisfied..”

The service was terrible and let me down. I booked an AC room, but the room I received had no working AC. When I pointed it out, the staff’s reaction was unprofessional; they just told me I could cancel if I wasn’t happy. That’s unacceptable. The room should match what was booked, and guests deserve proper service and respect. I won’t recommend this place.

“Worth for the amount you pay.”

The rate was fair, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The food tasted good, but the portions were tiny. The Wi‑Fi was almost unusable, and there were almost no TV channels except Tamil. The room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and I stayed in room 103 where the linens looked old and torn.
