The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and I liked the social areas and the network. The only tweak I’d suggest is installing an electronic lock on the gate so you don’t have to carry a key.

The accommodation is well built, a few blocks from the beach, with many bathroom options and good cleanliness. At check‑out I had to search for the staff member because she wasn’t the one who greeted me; she was off‑shift and gave me the name of the person on duty as if I’d already met them, which felt a bit awkward. I think overall communication could improve. The bunk beds are quite wobbly, disturbing sleep for those on the lower bed.

“Péssima experiência”

The room itself isn’t spectacular, but it was acceptable. The shower had no hot water, staff gave wrong info, and on arrival the room wasn’t ready. There was trash, a dirty blanket, and they threw away my labeled items; it was fixed the same day, but the team needs better communication because they didn’t tell me to label things. I don’t recommend it—poor service and lack of information for guests.
