Other than the price, nothing was attractive, and the room wasn’t what was promised. From check‑in, a guy—probably the owner—called to say my payment wasn’t confirmed even though I had prepaid, so they couldn’t give me the promised room. I ended up with a below‑average room: AC wasn’t fully working, the washroom light was broken, the bed sheets were horrible, and the room was fair. Don’t go by the ad; the low rates are for a different room, not the deluxe advertised. The AC was for show only.

“Worst experience”

I initially booked a deluxe room, then upgraded to a premium room after the receptionist asked me to pay extra. The premium room was dirty, had a window AC, no hot water, a toilet flush that didn’t work, and cigarette butts everywhere in the bathroom. I was on a 10‑day tour of North India and this hotel was the worst. The reviews are fake—don’t trust the rating. The receptionist won’t let you check out without giving a positive review in front of him. Choose wisely.
