The location was good and the accommodation suited my stay; the staff were accommodating except for the female front‑house manager, who was difficult at times when I asked about the gym and Food Mart. The head manager reassured me that the fitness/gym facility was limited and that there was no Food Mart on the premises. They were doing an upgrade on the entrance way that looked amazing, but when such things are underway, guests should be informed beforehand. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation and I would stay again. The friendliness of the staff was lacking.

The only thing that was okay was the bathroom; the location, staff, and lack of a doorman made it clear that they are in the hospitality business but not at all hospitable.

The room was clean and comfortable, matching the photos, and the free bottled water in the room was a nice touch.
