Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The place was in a good spot. The room arrived extremely dirty and was never cleaned properly; there were cockroaches all over the room day and night. The TV didn’t work, the shower was unusable, and the elevator was out of order for most of my stay. I had paid for breakfast, but the kitchen was closed and I never got any food.

The location was decent and the staff were courteous. Water was unreliable; we had to wait for staff to turn on the motor to fill the tank, and hot water never came. The first room we got was bad, and even after a change the second room had cockroaches, making me feel very uncomfortable in both rooms.

My stay at this hotel was a major letdown, and I'm still fuming about it. The receptionist was absolutely appalling, speaking to customers with a tone that was completely unacceptable. The room itself was clean, but that's about where the positives end - the decor was outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, and the location wasn't exactly convenient. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this hotel got away with treating customers like dirt. The staff seemed completely unbothered by the fact that the room was a tiny, cramped box with a view of the alleyway. When I asked to have the issue addressed, I was met with a shrug and a 'sorry, not our problem'. It's clear that they're more concerned with raking in the cash than actually providing a decent experience for their guests.

I have to admit, I was blown away by the complete transformation of this hotel from my previous stay. The last time I was here, I was really disappointed with the overall experience, but this time around, everything was just spot on. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. It's clear that the management has taken feedback on board and made some serious changes - kudos to them for turning things around.
