The rooms were spotless with excellent décor. Plenty of free street parking is available in a quiet area. Breakfast, included with the room, offers tea or coffee, toast, jams, marmalade, and fruit—a nice bonus given the low prices. Shops, take‑aways, bars, etc. are plentiful, just a 10‑minute walk or a 2‑minute drive away. Spot on, and I’ve already booked again.

My friends and I went to The Chislehurst Beer Festival on 12 September. The Love & Peace was a very short distance, so very convenient. Pat was absolutely lovely and made everything very easy for us. Thanks Pat Albert. I couldn't figure out how to turn the hot water on for a shower 🤣🤣🤣 But I'm going to blame The Beer Festival for that 🤣

The facility was commendably clean. The location was perfect. The rules are overkill for an Airbnb; they would have been better highlighted during booking instead of at check‑in. No friends or family can visit, a copy of ID and shoes must be kept in a shoe rack by the entrance, and reading the rules felt like lodging in a secret, secured facility.

The place worked for a single night and was in a good spot for the event we attended, but we had to remove our shoes at the front door and stash them on the porch, then climb steep stairs without footwear. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the sheets were brown.

The property felt clean and homely, with a roomy en‑suite that was just right for us. The location was great, and Patricia, the owner, was very warm and welcoming—like staying overnight with a relative. I’d definitely stay again. Thanks.
