The staff were really nice, the hotel is close to the beach and my kid had a lot of fun. The breakfast at Shui Yuan was really good.

The hotel was great for children, with a garden pool and playground that kept them entertained, yet the listing said the breakfast‑included rate covered up to two people; we are two adults and a three‑year‑old, assuming the kid ate free, but at check‑in we were told only one adult gets breakfast and the second adult had to pay extra. I only realized the mistake after a confusing exchange with the reception and the operations team, who finally added breakfast to our room after a long wait, allowing us to eat around 9 am. I later messaged the hotel, got an automatic reply promising a response within 24 hours, but 36 hours have passed with no word.
