The resort is stunning, with top‑class facilities, and the staff were wonderful, greeting us at the door with a cool drink and a necklace; the breakfast spread at the restaurant was impressive, offering a wide variety, and the waiters were attentive and friendly. The spa, pool, and surrounding grounds were all beautiful. The only thing that disappointed us was that we only stayed for two nights.

Dining at Panna Restaurant was the highlight, thanks to the tasty food and good service, and the rooms were also satisfactory. The temple complex’s main entrance is a 20‑minute walk from the hotel, while the exit gate is just a 10‑minute walk away, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the “Temple View” label is misleading: the ground‑floor rooms have no view, the second‑floor rooms were promised to have a view, and from the pool area you can see the temple shikaras.

The design is decent, the spa and reception staff are generally good, and the restaurant staff are excellent. Housekeeping was terrible, and the initial service recovery was poor, with the manager only arriving in the middle of my meal; however, it was handled well before I left.

The food and the bed were great.

This hotel, with its generous spacing, was the best on our India trip, especially the hospitality in this house was superb. We should have spent more time here.
