I liked how close the hotel is to the beach and the shops, and the pool was great, but I had asked for a balcony room through Bookings and they gave me a ground‑floor one.

The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the beds felt like concrete, the TV was useless, there was a lot of noise from staff, they strapped us with wristbands like cattle, there was no cold water in room 66, no bathtub in the bathroom, it felt like a village hotel yet they charged five‑star rates, and they wouldn’t let us leave until they checked whether we’d stolen a spoon.

It’s near the beach. The only downside is the loud noise from the rooms in front.
