“Very pleasant stay”
I was back for a second visit, close to where my son lives; the hotel is very clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast area is good, but a couple of items were broken, like the pancake maker and one of the coffee makers.
“I should’ve pick a different Hotel”
I was disappointed that my room wasn’t ready at the scheduled 3pm; I ended up waiting until about 3:45 in the breakfast lobby and only learned the delay when I went back to the counter and heard another couple checking in. The staff at the counter were unapologetic, as if I was bothering them. Also, the parking situation is a nightmare – the shared lot in front of the hotel will tow you, so you can’t park there. On top of that, the coffee that used to be in the room was replaced with a note saying it’s now in the lobby. I’ll definitely pick a different hotel for my next trip to Raleigh/Wake Forest.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and breakfast was nice. Parking was cramped, and the doors between rooms didn’t block sound; we could hear the neighbors’ conversations loud and clear.

One night there was noise from the floor above—footsteps were easy to hear, maybe just a rowdy bunch. The breakfast was mediocre, there was no coffee machine in the room, and you had to ask at the desk and then bring it to your room to set it up.
