The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room itself was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for three people. The bathroom was also a pleasant size. From both windows we could see straight into the neighboring building’s walls, only about 1.5 meters away. The neighboring building’s windows were unclean and dirty. Pigeons nested on the façade and also perched on our windowsills, which were not protected against pigeons. We found this situation unhygienic and very unpleasant. Because the room was so close to the neighboring building, it was very dark and received little daylight.

Great location in the heart of Koreatown. It felt like being in Seoul. The hotel does all the simple things extra well and doesn’t add extras I don’t need or want to pay for. Very friendly staff.
