“Was happy with my stay. My family is in the area, otherwise it wouldn't be a destination.”

Breakfast was as expected right temperature and good enough variety., this was my 4th stay and quality of anything has not decreased in 9 years. 24 hour hot beverages, including decent tea selection, was appreciated as it was quite cold out. Not great shower head or water pressure. Honestly this is my only negative and I'm not sure if it was this was my 3 previous stays. Front door was stuck because it was cold, but it opened assisted by hand

“Not content”

The location is solid, but I couldn’t get room service on time because I wasn’t in the room, and the sheets stayed the same throughout my stay. I had to keep asking for fresh toilet paper and towels.

I booked this room last week, and when I tried to reserve it again for another week the rate jumped by 250—why?

“Any time I’m over here in this area for work and need a hotel this is where I’ll be staying!”

The place is clean and very comfortable, and the free breakfast is genuinely good 👍

“Not good.”

The breakfast was fine, but the room was never cleaned during my five‑day stay; towels were only changed if I asked at the front desk. We were on the fourth floor, the elevator didn’t work, and the air conditioner was non‑functional. Call me for more info: 6418916573. Nicholas Molitor
