There was no comfortable room, the staff were unhelpful, the online photos misrepresented the room and the actual conditions were poor, hidden fees appeared, and there was no ventilation—overall a bad hotel.

Its location isn’t great, and it’s shameful that it receives a 5‑star rating or is even promoted; the place was dirty, unhygienic, the staff were unhelpful, there were many mosquitoes, the basic bed sheets were stained, and there was no soap.
