The door won't lock from the inside, which feels insecure; get a lock for less than RM50 to make guests feel safe.
I was assigned capsule 36, yet someone else had already used it. How can another key open my room? Then I tried to enter dorm 35, but my key for 36 opened it—how is that possible? Exhausted after a long day, I complained to the property while in dorm 35. They told me not to enter because “it’s not my house.” No explanation, just blame. They later sent me to dorm 27, which was also reserved. I asked to switch it to me and give the room to the rightful owner, but they said that didn’t work. I’m a hotel line receptionist and had to move again. No apologies were offered. Terrible experience!

Staff opened my door 😳—why? Around 7:40 am to 8:00 pm that’s awful 👎👎👎👎👎 I’m a regular, used to great service 👍👍👍👍👍, but now the staff are terrible 👎👎👎.
The location and value for money are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the toilet seat isn’t installed correctly and the water pressure is weak.
