The welcome was friendly and parking inside the property was possible, but the breakfast was modest with little fruit and not very filling, and the floors were carpeted.

The bathroom was huge, breakfast was decent, and the host was charming, but cleaning the fireplace on the evening of our arrival was a bad idea – we smelled soot that night and the next two mornings, which made for an unpleasant welcome.
