The entrance, corridors, rooms and dining area were all spotlessly clean, which I appreciated. However, the wet areas left a lot to be desired: the kitchen sink wasn’t properly cleaned and the dish‑washing sponge was missing, and the bathroom drain was clogged – when I opened the cover the water wouldn’t flow and hair was stuck, so I had to clear it myself.

Everything there was more than adequate for my stay and everything seemed very well thought out. I have nothing to complain about.

Cheap and low‑quality all around, and the system was a nightmare to use. The staff were arrogant, the manager seemed self‑absorbed and showed no service spirit. Check‑in and the door lock system were painfully slow, employees couldn’t do their jobs, lied, and acted condescendingly. The manager only talked about his own convenience and never considered the guests’ perspective.

“Fine once I was finally able to get checked in”

I found the hotel to be relatively convenient, but its spartan design left me wanting more. However, as a foreign traveler who doesn't speak Japanese, I struggled with the electronic check-in process, which had no staff available to assist me, making it quite challenging.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and beautiful room, but the check-in process was a bit of a hassle and not very straightforward for me.
