Excellent facilities and very courteous staff, made the overall staff a wonderful experience, but the cleanliness, facilities, staff were not up to standard.

The food was good but very expensive. The room was untidy and full of dust and hair on the floor . We reported the uncleanliness of the room and no one bothered to clean the room . They did not even keep dustbin covers despite reminding them. The swimming pool just had soiled towels used by previous guests . They did not provide new towels despite asking for fresh towels and waiting for 30 minutes . The drinking water provided had rusted caps and we had to show the rust in the caps and request for different bottles , which they brought after cleaning the rust . No refill of water bottles or tea bags , clearing dustbins, room cleaning , changing towels
