Everything was great, very comfortable, staff extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was fine.

We checked out before breakfast, but we asked for a snack to be left out and that was useful. The only downside was the midges.

The internet worked well, but the bed was too small for my 185 cm height, the sheets weren't clean and still had hair from previous guests, and the bedbellows were filthy and smelled awful, so we avoided using them. When we told the landlord he helped us get a new set, but those had the same problems because they aren't professional cleaners. Breakfast was industrial‑style with nothing fresh except bananas and apples, so if you care about healthy food I'd not recommend it. There were too many insects in the bathroom. When my wife complained, the landlord told her he wouldn’t listen to anyone. He’s not professional at all in handling clients or calming situations. The room had no hair dryer, so he gave us one on request, but when we left we left it in the room because he was avoiding us. At checkout he thought we’d taken the hair dryer, so I told him three times it was still in the room; the last time he was angry and very serious, so I left and he went upstairs to check.
