I didn't like it at all; the facilities were filthy, the staff were grumpy, the rooms and pools were very dirty, and overall the service left a lot to be desired.

The service from the waiters was top-notch, and the hotel was spotless, but there were a couple of areas for improvement. The drinks could have been prepared a bit better, and we weren't entirely clear on what was included in the all-inclusive package when we arrived.
