It was noisy at night, the equipment was Spartan with a tiny shower, I was still searching for hot water, there was barely a small towel for hands, no one was at reception at 8 am, breakfast was non‑existent, and it felt like a 1970s film set in a sordid hotel.

I left in a hurry because of the disgusting filth; men in bare chests fought in the corridors, the manager opened the door to me wearing a dirty t‑shirt, I left the key on the counter and left, and the next day he didn’t hesitate to charge me for a room that wasn’t occupied; absolutely avoid this hotel, even though it’s in town—next time I’ll check the reviews, I’m old and not yet tech‑savvy. The room’s odor was offensive, and the corridor was very noisy.

It was just a place to rest, but the windows weren’t sound‑proof so you hear everything outside, there are no power outlets near the bed, and the bathroom feels a bit cramped. The constant street noise kept you from sleeping.
