Being close to the metro was a big plus for me, especially since I was meeting up with a tour group there. However, I had some issues with the room - the bed was a bit too firm for my taste, and the showers didn't stay hot for long. There wasn't much to do nearby, and breakfast options were limited. It was a bit of a mixed bag.

The location was alright, but that's about where the positives end. The staff were pretty rude and we felt taken advantage of with the room price - it wasn't a great room by any means. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown.

The staff were super friendly on the day I arrived, really made a great impression. They seemed to go out of their way to help, which was nice to see. Overall, a great start to my stay.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and went out of their way to help. However, I was a bit disappointed with the towels - they were old and not very soft. Still, the staff made up for it.
